Online store or catalog, turnkey

A WooCommerce store on your own hosting and domain, with the catalog uploaded in bulk and the site running in several languages and currencies. A one-time build, and a timeline inside 4–8 weeks depending on how big the catalog is.

Pricefrom €1,500 · 4–8 weeks
Domain and hosting are not included in the price

What’s included

WordPress and WooCommerce on your own hosting and domain. The store belongs to you, and no platform takes a cut of each order.
Catalog structure first: categories, attributes, filters. It is decided before products go in, because rebuilding it later drags page addresses with it.
Bulk upload. Products come in from a file or a supplier feed instead of being typed one by one.
Product data collected and translated into every language of the site: names, descriptions, attributes.
hreflang and a separate address for each language version, so search engines see versions instead of duplicates.
Currencies, shipping zones and tax rules set per country you sell to.
Legal pages — terms, returns, privacy, cookies — written from your actual rules, not copied from the shop next door.

Not included

Hosting, domain, payment gateway and their fees. Accounts are opened in your name and you pay the providers directly.
Legal review. We write the pages from what you tell us. We are not lawyers and we do not certify compliance.
Product photography and writing descriptions from scratch. We collect and translate what exists. If there is no data, there is nothing to translate.
Integrations with warehouse, accounting or ERP systems, and work after launch — ads, content, running the store. Scoped and priced separately.

How the work runs

Catalog review
We look at the products, the file the data lives in, the countries and the languages. After that we name the timeline, inside the 4–8 week range.
Structure and layout
Categories, filters, the product card, the homepage. Agreed on paper before anything is built.
Build and import
WooCommerce setup, bulk upload, translations, hreflang, currencies, shipping, legal pages.
Test orders and handover
A test purchase in every currency and country, then a walkthrough so your people can add products without us.

Who this fits

You sell in more than one country or language and need each version to be findable.
The catalog is large enough that manual entry is not realistic, and the data already sits in a supplier file or a spreadsheet.
You want the store to be yours: your hosting, your database, no monthly platform commission on sales.

Who this is not for

Ten products, one language, one country. A Shopify or Wix subscription is cheaper and live sooner. Take that instead.
You sell through Instagram or a marketplace and only need a way to take payment. A payment link or one page covers it.
There is no product data yet: no prices, no photos, no stock. Sort the data out first, otherwise you are paying for an empty shop.

Straight talk about price

€1,500 is the floor for a one-time build, not a subscription. What moves the number: product data that has to be gathered product by product from different sources, and integrations with warehouse, accounting or ERP. Both are scoped and priced separately. Most of the price goes into the parts that are expensive to change later: the catalog structure, the import and the multilingual setup. A theme can be swapped in a day, but a catalog rebuilt after launch means new addresses and redirects in every language. If your catalog is ten items in one language, do not pay this — a builder subscription will cover you, and we will say so out loud. Send the catalog, or a link to it, to hello@trafikator.com and we will tell you which of the two you actually need.

FAQ

Does the price change if I have 3,000 products instead of 300?
Not by itself. €1,500 covers the store and the import. The number of items affects the timeline, not the price, as long as the data arrives in one file we can read. If the data has to be gathered product by product from different sources, that is separate work and we say so before the start, not after.
Can we add products ourselves afterwards?
Yes. You get the WooCommerce admin and the import file we used. At handover we walk your people through adding one product by hand and through a bulk upload.
Which payment methods and currencies can the store take?
Whichever gateway can legally be used in your country and supports your currencies. The account is opened in your name, and approval is the gateway’s decision, not ours. Currencies and shipping rules are set per country during the build.
How long does it take?
4–8 weeks. Where you land inside that range depends on the size of the catalog and how fast product data and texts come from your side. We name the timeline after the catalog review, not before.
