We roll back to a backup. That is why we update on a test copy first and check that backups actually restore.
How many changes are included?
Agreed at the start, usually two to three hours a month. More is priced separately — and we warn you before, not after.

Yes. An audit first, then we say whether it can go under care as is or needs fixing.
